Job Description
- Develop system documentation, user manuals and training classes for application suite.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and scripts.
- Participate in testing efforts and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner; monitor and execute projects.
- Provide on-going analysis, maintenance, and technical and functional support for application systems throughout the organization.
- Provide input and guidance to identify system deficiencies and analyze problems and solutions.
